Recommended setting for customers: 8th setting. The heat dissipation of this setting is basically appropriate. You can adjust it slightly up or down according to your personal preference. The level setting controls the amount of heat dissipation, not the temperature. Temperature control is balanced and regulated by internal electronic components.
