Ziks Wigs – Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Ziks Wigs, we are committed to providing high-quality wigs. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are subject to the strict policies outlined below.


1. All Sales Policy

All purchases are considered final sale unless they meet the specific eligibility requirements listed in this policy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item does not match your confirmed order details (including length, color, style, or customization)
  • The order was not delivered, and the shipping carrier cannot provide proof of delivery

🚫 No refunds will be issued for any other reason.


3. Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be:
    • Unused
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original packaging
  • All tags, lace, and hygiene seals must be intact
  • The item must be in the exact condition received

Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in denial of your request.


4. Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Items purchased on sale
  • Items purchased during promotions or special offers
  • Customized wigs (see Section 6)

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only considered if:

  • The item meets all return requirements
  • The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Valid proof of issue is provided

🚫 We do NOT offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect selections made by the customer
  • Changes in preference or buyer’s remorse

6. Customized Wigs Policy

  • Standard cap size is Medium (22.5 inches)
  • Any other size or modification is considered customized
  • Custom orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance
  • Processing time for customized wigs is up to 2 weeks (excluding shipping)
  • Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days
  • Additional customization fees may apply

🚫 All customized wigs are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item does not match the confirmed order
  • The item was not delivered and the carrier cannot provide proof of delivery

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Ziks Wigs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS).

If your package shows as delivered but is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Check around your property (porch, mailbox, etc.)
  • Contact your local post office

We can assist with filing a claim, but:

🚫 No refunds or replacements will be issued for delivered packages.


8. Return & Refund Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Email zikswigs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Your Order Number
    • Reason for request
    • Photos of the item (if applicable)

If approved:

  • A return address will be provided
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

9. Right to Refuse Service

Ziks Wigs reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange that does not fully comply with this policy.
