Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom or made-to-order wigs require additional processing time of 5-7 business days depending on the style and customization,

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 10–15 business days, depending on your location and local courier services.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide!
International orders may take slightly longer depending on your country’s customs process and postal services — typically 10–20 business days.
Please note that any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress online.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before you order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier (e,g., USPS).

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Check around your property (porch, mailbox, etc.)
  • Contact your local post office for further assistance

We are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but we do not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

Order Changes & Cancelations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

While we always aim to deliver on time, unforeseen factors such as weather, customs delays, or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays.
